ShillyShally Winery is the dream come true for Jeff & Christine Herber. What began as a hobby in a small room within their home, has now grown into a 2,000 square-foot production space.

 

The quest for the perfect location spanned over 2 years, leading them on road trips to all four corners of Middle Tennessee.  Ultimately, this journey brought them to the picturesque Humphreys County. 

 

Perched atop a hill on their sprawling 40-acre property, the winery offers a serene vista of the charming Humphreys countryside.
